From an Instagram video to a routine you can follow, log and improve.
Session calculator: heart rate, zones, calories
Try: intensity to RPE 10. The curve jumps into Z5 and the calories follow with a lag.
Simulation: heart rate follows the load with a lag (warm-up, 3/1.5 min intervals, cool-down). HRmax after Tanaka (208 − 0.7 × age), target HR after Karvonen, calories after Keytel et al. 2005.

One profession, two halves: design and implementation.
First communication design (diploma, Düsseldorf, grade 1.4) and agency years in interface and web design, then web development. Today I design and build interfaces myself, most recently fullstack for TA Bildungszentrum GmbH (PHP, Symfony, Twig) and a US client (Angular, Symfony).
Away from the screen: an ultrasonic radar on Arduino with gate drivers and MOSFET half-bridges, Rust on Codeforces, and as much snow as possible.
